About the program
The “gentle art” prioritizes technique, body geometry, and intense pressure to gain complete control over an opponent. BJJ is famous for minimizing any potential size or strength advantage your opponent may have — making it especially useful in self-defense situations.
We offer the highest quality instruction of both Gi and No Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a program headed by 5th-degree black belt Professor Josimar Junior and 3rd-degree black belt Professor Talita Bernardo.
Ages & levels
KIDS (AGES 4-8)
Fundamental positions, techniques, and strategies in a super fun and safe class taught by instructors with decades of combined experience working with children.
TEENS (AGES 9–13)
The full breadth of take-downs, reversals, and submissions through partner drills and rolling. Students who wish to compete will be prepared for competition.
ADULTS (AGES 14+)
A comprehensive world-class curriculum taught by champions. Competition-proven techniques through drills and rolling. No experience necessary, just effort and consistency.
